Västfastigheter is responsible for developing, leading, and managing properties within the Västra Götaland region.

The Operations Management function works strategically to guide, lead, and develop the regional area for property operations, ensuring that our businesses have the best conditions to function. Here, we work closely with managers and leadership to drive development through collaboration, digitization, and structured management work.

About the Job

As an administrator in the Operations Management function, you will be a central part of the organization's support structure. You will contribute to effective management work and create good conditions for the organization's managers by:

Actively participating in the management team's work
Administering digital storage areas and managing documents
Providing qualified administrative support to managers in leadership positions
Preparing cases and producing materials for meetings
Coordinating meetings and taking digital meeting notes
Booking travel, vehicles, conferences, and venues
Participating in process team work and organizational development initiatives
Making phone contacts and following up on various matters
Managing and publishing governing documents
Contributing to the creation of newsletters and informational materials
Documenting and working in Public 360
Handling invoices

The role involves varied work with significant responsibility where you have the opportunity to contribute both strategically and operationally. The position is a one-year temporary contract.

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a digital work environment where flexibility, organizational skills, and service orientation are central. To succeed in the role, you need to have a high maturity in your digital working methods and understand the value of providing professional support to managers at the leadership level.

You have:

High school education
Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Very high digital competence and good familiarity with the Office suite
Experience working with digital tools
Driver's license (B)

Preferred qualifications include:

Documented education or experience in administration
Experience working in a management team
Knowledge of digital information management, preferably in SOFIA

As a person, you are structured, self-driven, and confident in your role as a support to managers. You easily build good relationships and enjoy working in a collaborative environment while also taking personal responsibility.
